Shipping Policy


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after being received. Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

Please double-check your address details when placing your order. Your billing address must match the address connected to your credit card. If the billing information does not match, your order may be delayed or not processed.

Orders cannot be canceled or edited once processing has begun. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Standard free shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during flash sales may require additional processing time. If any unforeseen delivery delays occur, we will do our best to notify you. However, we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery.


Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Wintuck Home is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If your package does not arrive as expected, please first contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number to start a claim.

We are happy to assist by providing any necessary order or tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered. For added peace of mind, we recommend choosing a shipping option with insurance or signature confirmation at checkout, when available.
