At Wintuck Home, every order is handcrafted with care. Below you’ll find all the details about processing times, shipping options, and how we handle returns or exchanges.

Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Standard orders are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive them.
  • Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products may require additional time.
  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during flash sales may experience slight delays.

Important: Double-check your shipping and billing information before submitting your order. If your billing address doesn’t match your payment method, your order may be delayed or canceled.

Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled or edited. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We start crafting quickly. Orders can’t be changed or canceled once processing begins.
  • Double-check shipping address and personalization details before submitting.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • Marked “delivered” but not found? Check neighbors, building office, and contact the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged on arrival? Email photos within 7 days so we can help with a replacement.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we’ll work with the carrier and you to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at contact@wintuckhome.com within seven (7) days of delivery.

  • Eligible items: Unused, non-personalized items in original packaging and in the same condition received.
  • Exclusions: Personalized, custom, made-to-order items, sale/clearance items, and gift cards are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email contact@wintuckhome.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond with next steps and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the item securely and include your order number inside the box.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
  • Approved, non-damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
  • Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, though bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

To receive a different style or size, please start a return for the original item and place a new order. We’ll do our best to expedite processing for your replacement.

Personalized & Custom Items

Because each piece is made just for you, personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, we’ll repair, replace, or refund promptly.
