Return and Refund Policy

 

At Wintuck Home, we truly want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


General Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at contact@wintuckhome.com. We will work together to find the best solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Because each piece is made with care, personalized or custom orders cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. For all other products, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

All approved non-damaged returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee to help cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

We review each request on a case-by-case basis and may not be able to approve every return or refund, but we will always do our best to find a resolution you feel good about.


Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement if available or issue a refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of both the damaged item and the packaging. This allows us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and prevent similar issues in the future.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 3–5 business days, though your bank’s processing time may vary.
