Can I cancel or edit my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit or cancel orders once the order has begun to process.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

We're sorry you didn't receive your order confirmation. It's possible that it may have ended up in your spam folder or the email address provided is incorrect.

Please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide you with the tracking information.

What do I do if I never received my order?

If you have not received your order, please reach out to us. We will do our best to work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

My item arrived damaged! What do I do?

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. A refund (or replacement, if available) will be issued. 

A clear picture of the damaged item and the packaging will be required in order to begin the return/refund process. 

If a refund is honored, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Most refunds are posted within 3-5 business days, but please contact your bank for exact available fund dates.
