Custom Orders & Personalization

How do I place a custom order?

Ordering a custom Wintuck Home piece is easy! Simply choose the item you love, select your personalization options, and add your details in the personalization box before checkout. If you have something extra-special in mind, you can also reach out to us through our contact form – we’re happy to work with you on a one-of-a-kind design.

Can I see a proof before you make my item?

Yes! For personalized or engraved pieces, upon request, we’re happy to send you a digital proof before production. This way, you can check the spelling, layout, and design. We’ll only start creating once you’ve approved the proof.

What customization options do you offer?

Most of our pieces can be personalized with names, dates, quotes, monograms, or your own wording. Many designs also allow for font changes or small graphic elements like floral accents, paw prints, or simple icons. If you’re unsure whether a design can be customized, just ask – we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Can you match a design I’ve seen somewhere else?

We’re happy to create something inspired by a style you love, but we don’t directly copy another artist’s work. Send us your idea and we’ll design something uniquely yours.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes! We can create large quantities for events, corporate gifts, or retail shops. Contact us for a custom quote based on your quantity and personalization needs.

Production & Turnaround

How long will it take to make my order?

Our handcrafted process takes a little time, but it’s worth the wait! Most orders are ready to ship within 5-7 business days. During peak seasons (like Christmas, Mother’s Day, or wedding season), production times may be a bit longer – we’ll always note current turnaround times at the top of our website.

Can you rush my order?

If you need your order quickly, reach out before purchasing and we’ll let you know if we can make it happen. In many cases, we can bump your order to the top of our list for a small rush fee – but we’ll always be upfront about whether the timeline is realistic.

How will I know when my order is ready?

As soon as your order is complete and packed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Are you open on weekends?

We’re usually in the workshop Monday-Friday, but during peak seasons you might catch us creating on weekends too. Standard turnaround times are based on business days.

Will I get updates during production?

We’ll send you a proof (if requested) and let you know when your order has shipped, but if you ever want an update in between, just send us a quick message.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship most orders via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination. Standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders, and you can upgrade to expedited shipping at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes! If you’re near Davenport, FL, you can arrange a free local delivery. Please message us prior to placing an order to coordinate.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in an order, send us a message – in some cases, we may be able to arrange special shipping.

Do you offer gift wrapping or direct-to-recipient shipping?

Absolutely. We can wrap your item beautifully and ship it straight to the gift recipient, complete with a handwritten note. Just leave your instructions in the order notes.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you to make it right – whether that’s sending a replacement or helping you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Wintuck Home piece! For non-personalized items, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Personalized or custom items are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

Can I exchange a personalized item?

Because personalized items are made just for you, we can’t accept exchanges unless there’s been a mistake on our end. If there is an issue, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.

How do I start a return?

Simply send us a message with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the steps, including where to send your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Product Care

How do I care for my wooden items?

To keep your wooden pieces looking their best, hand wash only with mild soap and water, then dry immediately. Avoid soaking or placing them in the dishwasher, as heat and moisture can damage the wood. Occasionally treat with food-safe mineral oil to keep the wood nourished and smooth.

Can I put engraved items in the dishwasher?

We don’t recommend it – high heat and water pressure can wear away the engraving and damage the wood. Hand washing is always best.

How should I store my items to keep them looking new?

Store wooden pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For items like coasters or trays, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to prevent warping or staining.
