We want you to be happy with any purchase you may make. If you have purchased any products and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within three (3) days of delivery. We do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges. However, we will do our best to accommodate you. Wintuck Home reserves the right to refuse any return/refund/exchange.
Custom items are non-returnable, unless there is damage to or a defect in the product, in which case Wintuck Home is happy to provide a refund of the item you ordered.
If an item in your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery. A refund (or replacement, if available) will be issued. If a refund is honored, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Most refunds are posted within 3-5 business days, but please contact your bank for exact available fund dates.
If a return/refund is honored, the item must be in the same condition in which it was sold (with the exception of manufacturer’s defects) and accompanied by a receipt of purchase. Wintuck Home does not accept the return of products that have been damaged or soiled. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
